The Vikings’ season isn’t over…yet

Since we’re all already starting to count the days until the NFL season, I figured I’d throw a quick shot out to being on the good side of the banned substances policy in the NFL. There really isn’t a good side, but for Kevin and Pat Williams this is about as good as it gets. Both Minnesota Vikings pro-bowlers benefited from a judge’s ruling today that will allow them to be safe from suspension until their case is settled. Therefore, suspension-happy Roger Goodell can’t touch the Williams Wall…for now. Either way, I’m pretty happy being the Vikings fan that I am. With those two healthy and able to play in all 16, the Vikings win the division hands down. However, I will play devil’s advocate for a sentence and say that this will probably end up biting us in the ass because the Wall will be suspended smack dab in the middle of the season…unless they are somehow able to win their suit. If you can’t tell, it’s hard to be truly optimistic as a Vikings fan with our current QB situation. Here are some links:
